Baby Spinach, Grilled Asparagus, Julienne Prosciutto, Mixed Olives, Baby Bocconcini, Cherry Tomatoes and Roasted Red Pepper


ENTREES:


Phyllo Chicken

Grilled Lemon Herb Marinated Chicken Breast Stuffed with a Sundried Tomato, Roasted Garlic Feta and Red Peppe Stuffing, Wrapped in Buttery Phyllo Pastry, Three Cheese Herbed Polenta,

  Smoked Tomato Coulis and Seasonal Vegetables.


Coconut Crusted Ling Cod

6oz Fresh Local Ling Cod Fillet, Saffron Mango Coulis, Candied Lemon and Spring Vegetable Quinoa, Seasonal Vegetables.


Oven Roasted Prime Beef Loin

Spice Rubbed and Slow Roasted Prime Striploin, Yorkshire Pudding, Rosemary Jus Lie, Horseradish, Blue Cheese and Scallion Stuffed Panko Breaded Potato Cake 

and Seasonal Vegetables.
